Trying to Gain Weight

9:54 am Random Observations

New York Steak by disneymike, FlickrSo I’m going on a new exercise program to actually gain some size.  One of the key things is eating a LOT more food.  This is one area that I never really gave enough attention to, and now that I’m trying to eat a lot more I can see why it makes such a difference!

Just yesterday I went to the gym and did some heavy squats and other things.  Normally I feel like I got some exercise, but for some reason yesterday I felt a real difference.  I don’t know if it was just because I have been eating more so there is more for my cells to work with, but it felt great.

Anyway, there’s an insight into the personal life of Dan and what I’m up to!

Slimfast works. That may sound really weird to you, but instead of having it as a meal (as heavy people are supposed to do) have it with a meal. It’s the proper amount of nutrients so it’s a best bet. When I was younger I has a disease that made me really gaunt and had to have slimfast with a meal to keep my weight up.

    *had* a disease, not “has.”

I’d accept to accept that Donncha’s correct. Both the US and Canada are actual anemic if it comes to attention consumers. It shouldn’t be acknowledged to allegation anyone after an balance for the bulk getting charged.

But yes, there’s aswell a fair bulk of accusation for the mac fanboys who put up with that crap.

    Hey Dan,

I use to try to gain weight. If you like peanut butter, try having peanut butter milkshakes….or even better almond butter milkshakes.

Normally it´s almost impossible for me to gain weight (I´m active and high metabolism), but with this, I finally started putting on some pounds. Plus, as long as you make it right, it is healthy and really high protein. I do it with milk, lots of peanut/almond butter, a bit of ice cream, and usually a banana….I get addicted to them, that´s how tasty they are :D

    Good luck!

    Diego

I have a very high metabolism and I have found that putting on weight is easier said than done. It’s not easy…keep up the good work.
