Thinking About Making Some Changes…

So for the last couple of days I’ve been very tempted to just shave all my hair off.  I go through this every now and then where I just want to make a change, and I figure that changing my hair is one of the easier ways to do it.  But I’m also a creature of habit like everyone else, and so I have a hard time doing it.  So sometimes I figure shaving it off would be the easiest way to start new.

So last night my wife and I were looking for some new hairstyles and honestly had a hard time coming up with any ideas.  Who knows, maybe I just know that my life is about to get really really hectic and so I’m looking for a way to lessen the blow…I don’t know…

Anyway, there’s my random thought for now!

    I get that to. Sometimes I just want to make a change and when that happens I always go for the hair. And once I get it in my mind I can’t stop thinking about it until I do it.

    I dunno why but it is a nice, easy, quick way to feel like you have made a change!

    Just yesterday I was at a meeting where someone spoke, and he happened to be about my age and had a shaved head. While his talk was interesting, part of the time I was thinking - wow, I wish I shaved my head. I wouldn’t need to comb my hair, cut my hair, etc

    It turns out though, that keeping your head shaved totally smooth also requires some effort to shave it every day or two. I’m not sure which is worse ;)

    I did the same thing also, just last weekend I felt so depressed and I never thought changing my hairstyle will help me feel better.

    YES low-maintenance hairstyles are the way to go. I’m a girl so maybe it wouldn’t make as much of a difference for a guy…but shorter hair is lighter and less stress…and takes less time to dry…:)
