The Dark Knight - Looking to be AWESOME!!!

Ok, so I am so totally stoked for the next Batman movie, The Dark Knight. I loved Batman Begins, in fact it’s probably one of my all-time favorite movies. And as I keep watching the trailers for the next one I’m getting more and more excited for it to come out. Too bad I have to wait until next summer to see it!

Personally, I think it looks like Heath Ledger is going to do an awesome job as the Joker. Everyone talks about how Jack Nicholson was the best on ever. I watched that movie again about a year ago and yeah, he was good, but I think this new Joker is going to be much more sinister and dark. Probably the way he really should be. I am not a big follower of the comic books, but I’m really liking this much darker take on Batman that these new movies are doing.

The 2 minute trailer was awesome. Someone was mentioning a 6 minute bank heist vid too. I’ll have to check that out.

I totally agree! Jack was the best joker for the time. Obviously times change and so we must learn to adapt and change with it. The dark Knight series are way more realistic then the older batman films. I loved batman Returns because it was more of an action drama then a fake story about a guy in a bat suit. if they keep going along this route we will soon have all the other super hero films hopefully following in its foot steps. I hope they stay away from big cheesy CGI monsters like in spider-man. If i wanted to watch a cartoon, i would tune into frisky frolics on saturdays.

Yah I noticed it on youtube a couple days ago. The joker finaly looks like someone you wouldn’t want to mess around with, unlike his older counterparts. I thought it was Jack this time as joker again.

It’s Heath Ledger. Jack is way too old to do it. I still hold that he did a good job for his time, but I’m really excited to see Ledger’s version of it. Jack did the old, goofy joker. Heath looks to be pulling off a great ‘Dark Knight’ version. More someone that could actually be one of Batman’s arch-rivals.

I am also a big fan of Batman. But i consider the last Batman not in style of Tim Burton and i like his style of presenting Batman. But i also want to see the nest movie.

I think Jack was a good Joker , but Heath also will be good but more “darker”. I expect movie will be very interesting how others Batman’s movies.

For the longest time, I never figured out why the Joker was such a threat. I mean, seriously, he’s just an insane guy who somehow manages to get a ton of cash together, along with henchmen to die for him, over and over and over…what the hell?
Heath Ledger looks like he’s nailed it. This movie is going to kick all kinds of ass.

I’ve always been a big fan of Batman! My favorites however were the first 2 movies staring Michael Keaton. I watched the trailer and it got me excited. Cant wait to see what’s in store next year when the movie comes out! The Dark Knight rules!

I had thought that joker shouldn’t be redone because I loved the one done by jack, but after watching that trailer I feel different.

The trailer looks great. This really has been a long time coming. I can’t imagine anyone playing the Joker better than Jack Nicholson, but I’m keeping an open mind; Heath Ledger might just be even better.
