Summers Coming - How’s Your A/C?
May 22, 2009 5:43 pm Just Random!Well, its definitely getting to be more like summer every day. And it’s about time, too! Things were crazy there for awhile. I can’t think of the last time we had snow that late in the season.
With summer coming, how is your car’s A/C? I don’t know about you, but I don’t do well without the A/C cranked up!
If you’re car is having problems you may need a new AC Compressor. If so, check out the site 1AirConditioning.com. They have all the parts you need to get your A/C working again. And you can have it all conveniently shipped right to your door!
So don’t suffer in the summer heat, get it fixed!

Cool blog…
It’s all about the A/C these days. I remember having to survive without an a/C when I was a kid. OUCH!

Yeah man,
If you hate it without A/C, never get a car with black leather seats. I have a Subaru Baja with leather and it’s torture.

I remember I went to Texas once in August
We had the AC cranked all the way up
Didnt make a difference.. it was HOTTTTTT

I’m surprised it’s just now feeling like summer. It has been insanely hot here in Utah for a while now.

At the beginning of each season, I always have to take it for a check up and mostly I have to spend money on it. I’ll be checking your given site that if it would can help.
[Reply]
It must be because of the global warming
[Reply]
We installed a new AC last summer. Glad we did because it seems that it’s going to be a very hot summer! Keeping our photo studio cool is so important…I get really cranky when I’m uncomfortably warm!
[Reply]
lol or you can open up your windows
but sucks when you get stuck in traffic
[Reply]
Luckily the AC in my car still works pretty well. Sometimes it gets so hot outside that I have the AC on the coldest setting and it’s still not that cool in the car.
[Reply]
Well, luckily my car’s A/C works (I spent $700 fixing it last summer). South Florida heat is unbearable without it.
[Reply]
My A/C is blowing cold air at the moment and boy am I glad that it is.

The A/C in my work truck is ice cold. Even on 90 degree days here in Florida, I still have to shut it off and roll down the window sometimes. Wish it was that way in my car!
[Reply]
Better get the house and car AC checked - the global warming crew says it’s going to be a hot one!
[Reply]
It looks like summer is here for anyone east of the rocky mountains. We have been getting a lot of rain this month but now things are starting to warm up. I plan on having the AC going for the rest of the summer. Need the AC guy to come over first though.
[Reply]
Thanks for the advice. I don’t use my ac much, but I’ll tell my buddies about it!
[Reply]
My AC is just fine so long as I fill it with coolant twice a week.
Driving around TN with the windows down in July is no fun.
[Reply]
Even though my car is a few years old, my AC is really strong… I love it
[Reply]
Glad to say that we haven’t had to turn on the AC for more than an hour TOTAL so far this summer.
It has been hot outside but remarkably bearable indoors, and a new fan with dual circulation / exhaust settings that toggle in and out have combined to save us on this summer’s electrical bill.
Looks to be 80s and shining most of the rest of the week, so we’re happy

We live in Arizona and do not have AC in our home. We have a swamp cooler instead, which works fine until it gets humid in our monsoon season. Which is now, so I am suffering. I Love AC and wish I had it.
[Reply]
hey.. nice website design..
my ACs working fine as of now..
but just in case if it goes bad..

But rather than spending money in getting your air conditioner fixed it better if one hire a air conditioner. And hiring rentals are real cheap than buying new one.Return them back when winter starts.
[Reply]
keep up the good work
nice website design you have here. Best regards
Try google money master, you might as well earn from it, since you are good at website designing. More power to you!
[Reply]
You are right! need to fix it.
[Reply]
Haven’t really needed the AC this summer. In fact, a few times I wanted the heat! Looks like next week will have some hot days though like a normal summer.
[Reply]
My car’s air conditioner works too good. It will freeze you out even if it’s in the middle of summer. Some of my friends like to be frozen. It’s like they can’t get cold enough so they like it. But normal people…like me LOL, get cold when it’s blasting.
[Reply]
yea! you are right. need to fix AC.

AC units should have their filters cleaned regularly - not doing it just makes people ill / tired, even if cool!

Nice plug in your post, lol. This is exactly why I am so happy my car is still pretty new. My cars air conditioning is nice and cold. What I am worried about is my apartments power bill hah.

Hi,
many thanks for the website address.
[Reply]
I am all about A/C. No way I could ever do a summer without A/C.
[Reply]
I appreciate you for this information. I would also suggest to find professionals for this kind of job. You can search for contractors on sites like myhammer.co.uk/
This can make the job easier.

summer is over time to get a new heater for the winter!
[Reply]
yes but does it cool global warming?

I think that it is imperative to have AC. I just had my whole engine fixed and now my ac won’t blow air worth a dime!! I’m glad I came across this blog! Keep the information coming!!

Being new to this I appreciate your generosity in publishing this list. I realise most people really would like to promote their websites but it would be good for everyone if the comments where not spammy. Thanks for the heads up.
[Reply]
I even have a list I’ve prepared 2 years back, though I haven’t really made it happen. I hope to finally go on that trip next year!
[Reply]
Yeah I live in PHX and good air conditioning is mandatory. You cannot live without it.
[Reply]
our car’s A/C is the reason of global warming
[Reply]
In some way, use of AC still contributes to global warming but with the climate change occurring presently; it’s terribly hot in some places. And AC’s been a need for most people affected. Moreover, AC’s been of help; just want to avoid heat stroke.
[Reply]
good thing summers are over now its time for heaters to come out
[Reply]
With summer coming, how is your car’s A/C? I don’t know about you, but I don’t do well without the A/C cranked up!

Man, here’s to hoping the AC doesn’t go out for a long time…just fixed it last summer.

To make it worse I do not have any AC in my car. Will rest in home.

[Reply]
Very cool thank you very much ….
[Reply]
Now that summers over and were in to winter, I dont think there’s any need for A/C in my car!
[Reply]
Geez, this reminds me… Last year we didn’t put the air conditioner in (window air conditioners). Never again. It was SO unbearable. It’s worth the electric bill.
[Reply]
Air Conditioner is so good to have. It’s probably the best invention ever made.
[Reply]
Cool i love india

We had our A/C crap out on us this summer, $5K later and we have a cool house again…
[Reply]
Good afternoon … my friends and I love this site, very good, congratulations, always visit.

Although, we are in winter we can feel the heat now it self. It is important to check whether A/C ‘s are working or not. Thanks for sharing the info.
[Reply]
Well we just bought a house so are going to be fixing a few things here and there and redecorating. Trying to get a few Christmas bargains and discounts when we going shopping for more goods to fix our house. We also use coupons to eat out when we can. Won’t be travelling this year as we can’t afford it.
[Reply]
Well it is super cold now and we have our new thermostat just installed today. They say you should keep it at around 68 degrees in order to conserve energy and decrease costs
[Reply]
Ha!
. Summer past away, so instead of buying an A/C car adaptor, i better looking for something that make hot air in my BMW, outside is cold
[Reply]
Just a random thought for a random day…. can you use the water that drips from your AC window unit to water the plants?
[Reply]
I live in florida, and have had all kinds of A/C trouble. But as a mechanic i never get around to fixing it..lol
[Reply]
like the fact that all the nutritional values are broken down. ..
[Reply]
Very good article and blog, thanks for the info.
[Reply]
Having the ac on in the car really takes a lot of energy from the car especially if it is an old one.
Having a good ac in your home is more important
[Reply]
Its winter time when i landed on your page!
but having ac at home and in car is real good in summers, though energy consumin!

I need to replace our A/C with a new one. Don’t know how I’ll endure this summer without it. It’s sweltering hot in here.
[Reply]
It must be because of the global warming. I’ve used misting fans in my home
[Reply]
Same here! I don’t do well without the A/C cranked up!
