Summers Coming - How’s Your A/C?

5:43 pm Just Random!

Well, its definitely getting to be more like summer every day.  And it’s about time, too!  Things were crazy there for awhile.  I can’t think of the last time we had snow that late in the season.

With summer coming, how is your car’s A/C?  I don’t know about you, but I don’t do well without the A/C cranked up!

If you’re car is having problems you may need a new AC Compressor. If so, check out the site 1AirConditioning.com. They have all the parts you need to get your A/C working again. And you can have it all conveniently shipped right to your door!

So don’t suffer in the summer heat, get it fixed!

Glad to say that we haven’t had to turn on the AC for more than an hour TOTAL so far this summer.

It has been hot outside but remarkably bearable indoors, and a new fan with dual circulation / exhaust settings that toggle in and out have combined to save us on this summer’s electrical bill.

Looks to be 80s and shining most of the rest of the week, so we’re happy :)

To be truthful, the only time I check my a/c is when it’s time to use the a/c. When it’s hot outside, I turn to use the a/c and from there, I find out if it works or not. If not then it’s back to mechanic.

Never without one. The only drawbacks are that you are using more fuel per mile if the A/C is switched on and you may catch a cold if the temperatur is too low.

A/C is all setup not only in the car but in the house as well (at my bedroom). The heat is getting more painful, can’t stand to expose myself under the sun much longer.

I bought a $85 A/C from wall mart and it manages to keep my 400 sq ft apt cool, and it’s damn hot and humid in Toronto. Don’t bother trying to live without A/C, just accept your life is horrid and cry yourself to sleep at night.

Yes it’s hot. Our office is hot, my car is hot… it’s just hot… but.. it’s summer and it’s usually hot in summer! And.. to answer your question, my a/c is out in my car!!!

ACs have become such an integral part of our driving experience! Imagine the days when it was a luxury few could afford… You end up using the AC practically 75% of the year, good idea to have it in perfect condition…

Well, I’m from Northern Ireland and although we aren’t the warmest country in the world, I still find any heat higher than 20c unbearable! If I didn’t have my air conditioning in the car then I would weep!
Great blog, love the posts. :)

I’ve noticed that if I’m using my AC on the surface streets, the temperature gauge for my car will show hot. But, if I’m on the freeway the gauge will stay normal. I wonder why it’s doing this…?

Its getting really hot here in MI, with temps going over 100 degrees and 90% humidity. It really hurts without the AC.

The a/c worked great. Got a big Trane unit last year, and the unit cools great and costs a lot less in electricity. I cannot stand to be hot in my house.
