So Good to Be Working Out Again
May 6, 2008 3:03 pm Just Random!I know I already wrote about this recently, but it’s so good to be working out again! Things were so crazy for awhile there that I wasn’t able to do it. I seriously forgot how much I used to enjoy working out, and now that I’m going again I’m quickly remembering!
My goal for this summer is actually to try and bulk up a little bit. You see, I’ve always been one of the skinny guys, ‘ectomorph’ for those of you that know the term. So sometime in my life I think I’d like to stop being just the bean pole. Maybe this is the summer that I make something happen!
Hopefully my wife and I will also be able to get some roller blades soon and I’ll be able to do that from time to time as a cardio workout. To be honest, I’m really looking forward to this summer!

great seems like your getting down the gym a bit now, it sure does help in all aspects of your life. The first few weeks are the hardest.

I know exactly how you feel!! I have my on and off periods with the gym as well, since life can get quite hectic at time. I love the gym and feel so good about myself when i get back into my workout regimen. I LOVE rollerblading, and now its summer so not only a great cardio workout- i take my puppy out with me!

Working out is something that you should be doing to keep up in shape and stay healthy. There are lots of work out tips that you can try.

You dang right it is good to be working out again. Maybe you should start a health & physical fitness blog, so you can log your results as you go and talk about health-related subjects.
One of the main factors when it comes to working out, is motivation. Hopefully you’ll keep it… Cheers!

Yeah, I agree with the “Health & Fitness Blog,” as one of the main factors when it comes to working out and/or starting a new exercise routine, is definitely motivation! You may want to drop by our ‘health category’ as well, to pick up some additional health-related tidbits and whatnot.
