If you eat well(as in healthy) and drink plenty of water it will help your skin no end.

You can also try some sport, its usually very good for overall look and for some natural cosmetics try dead sea products - salt mud etc.. these are natural and very healthy.

As a skin care specialist i think it is important to look after your skin for the future. I don’t think surgery is the way. A good moisturizer should suffice.
