I’d Love to go to Wimbledon!
May 7, 2008 3:55 pm Just Random!No, not the movie…that was kinda lame. But the actual tennis tournament itself would be really cool to do go. I’d love to get some Wimbledon tennis tickets!
Maybe I’m weird, but I’m a guy that really enjoys watching tennis. I don’t know when it started, but at some point in my life I got bored with watching the usual US sports of basketball and football (I was never a watcher of baseball) and got more interested in things like tennis. I just think it’s a fun sport to watch.
But to go to Wimbledon would be a very cool experience. For one, its in the UK so that alone makes it cool. The other cool thing about Wimbledon is the layout. You have all these different tennis courts that you can go to and see the pros in action.
If you haven’t watched much tennis before, you should give it a try. Watch the guys, I think that they are the best simply because the game seems more aggressive. It’s like watching the NBA vs. the WNBA, they both have their high points but the men are just so much more aggressive that it makes it more interesting to watch.
Anyway, those are my thoughts on Wimbledon. Random I know, but that’s the point of this blog. Wimbledon 2008 runs from June 23-July 6.

The men’s game maybe be more interesting as a sport, but they don’t look as good as the women do with their short skirts!

Wimbledon is an amazing experience - or so I’ve heard

I went to a tennis match in college, (big 10). I thought it was going to be boring. It was great though! Watching tennis live is so much different. You can really appreciate how good those guys are.

The weathers looking scorching so far here in the UK so could be nice and hot for Wimbeldon hopefully, hmmm strawberries and cream always a top seller at wimbeldon.

when i think about wimbleton, i remember the great tournament when goran ivanisevic won with a wild cards. that was so great.

I’ve always been the type of person who likes to go backstage and see the behind the scenes. There’s nothing I like better than being backstage during or after a show. Being able to see the behind the scenes of Wimbeldon, considering the history of the event, would be awesome.

I hooked on tennis about 1.5 year ago. It wasn’t time for soccer which I love so I flipped channels until I stumbled to Australian Open. Since then, I started watching tennis as much as I can.
Btw, I never get upset about tennis. Interesting…
