So when I came across this one I was a little intrigued because I thought that they approach was very unique. How about a site that focuses just on those credit cards that are best for women? Not a bad idea!
This is great! They’ve figured out who their main market is and then geared the whole site towards women. Which makes a lot of sense actually, because I’m sure that in most families women are the ones that do a good portion of the shopping. Here’s a great quote directly from the site:
A wise and frugal woman is always eager to find a credit card with the lowest APR possible, zero interest plastics being the most appealing bank products.
Well, it is true that getting a card with a low interest rate is the way to go. It’s also good to look for good rewards and cash back opportunities as well. So check out CreditRoom.com if you need to find a great credit card for women!

Credit cards for women? Are you kidding me? My wife uses her credit cards like theres no tomorrow.

“A wise and frugal woman” wouldn’t be paying credit card interest. She’d be getting money back from her credit card use.

Never heard of creditroom before. I think the credit card companies are onto something here though. It’s a pretty good idea creating a card focused around the female population.

Credits cards that are geared just for women? What sort of promotional hype is this… Well, it sounds good, especially if you get a low interest rate along with cash back offers, but I don’t think there is a certain gender that uses and/or abuses credit cards more than the other.
If you can use one sensibly, credit cards can be very nice to have. If you have a big credit limit and max that sucker out, though, you may find yourself only being able to make the monthly minimum payment and we all know what you’re mostly paying then… INTEREST FEES! Hurray!
